Whenever I do partnerships or work with a brand, I look into their initiatives and what they’re doing to better society and our planet. I’ve decided to remain inflexible on this and moving forward, will only partner with mission-based brands that are taking steps, no matter how big or small, to make the world a better place.
I was happy to see that P&G is doing just that and has created a new rewards program, P&G Good Everyday, to help spread good in the world. This rewards program has popular brands and will allow you to earn gift cards and win sweepstakes, easily help causes you care about, and save cash with lots of coupons.
The program is all about good deeds and good deals. Once you sign up, you can scan your receipts with P&G purchases and support charities while also earning rewards. P&G will automatically donate to the cause of your choice each time you shop. P&G has been doing good for over 180 years -- The Tide Loads of Hope disaster relief program, Always End Period Poverty product donation and education program, and Dawn Saves Wildlife program are just a few of the many ways P&G is making a positive community impact, supporting gender equality and diversity and inclusion.
The cause I’ve chosen to support is Always End Period Poverty, an initiative to make period care more accessible for everyone. In the U.S. alone, 1 in 5 girls have had to miss school or an opportunity due to a lack of period products. I was shocked to find out how prevalent this issue is globally and choose to wear red and use P&G Good Everyday to help support Always End Period Poverty.
So how can you get started?
● Sign up at P&G Good Everyday, select your favorite cause and earn rewards points for joining
● Take action. By scanning your receipt that includes any of your P&G brand purchases or by taking a survey online, you earn points AND P&G will make a donation to a cause of your choice.
● Redeem your points for gift cards, sweepstake entries, experiences, or to personally make a larger donation to a cause you care about.
